How many of you love to see your image in
a mirror?
Will you smile and feel good about yourself or launch
into negative self talk?
While some appreciate their appearances, some look
away as they dislike their appearance.
What makes you to like yourself and dislike yourself
is the question. Some people while watching their image on the mirror, they
focus on their flaws. Why can’t you run a positive self talk instead?
It all depends how you feel about yourself will make
the day/ week/ year /life.
How to feel good?
1.
Whenever you feel down, you can frequently brush your negative emotions
aside and pretend that everything is well. You can also aside time to care and
nature yourself back to well-being.
2. For well-being, you can
move towards having mind-body-spirit balance
3. Never,
ever view yourself as a failure in life. In fact, there is no failure in life.
Only feedbacks, how you have performed a particular job. We learn by doing
mistakes and correct ourselves for the next right step.
4. Try
to learn new skills. Atleast adding one new skill every year will make you
young in your mind. So that, you will keep your mind open always. In the other
way, it will make you to view the front view of your life car, instead of rear
view mirror.

Accept yourself as you are. You can’t
change your appearances. It is not in our hands. But, you can change the way
you view the appearances.
6.
For every small winning or victory , appreciate yourself by standing in
front of the mirror and telling yourself ‘Yes’, I have done it.
7. After
completing a major project, take the opportunity to celebrate and give yourself
a nice treat.
8.
Never try to be a perfectionist. You may aim for perfection. But
sometimes, things may not go as per your expectations. It is fine to accept the
small mistakes and correct yourself.
9. Never
expect other people to be perfect always. It is humane to do some errors.
10.
Accept imperfections in others. Nothing wrong in it. Heavens will
not fall.
11. Try
to understand the perceptions of other people, rather than blaming that they
are wrong.
12. Never
force your perceptions to others. It will spoil your relationship and you will
also feel bad since others don’t accept your versions. It is not the case.
13. You always
feel that you have the power to choose and make important life changes.
14. When
you make a mistake, never blame yourself or feel bad for that. Think about,
what is the next step to be taken care.
15. When
you feel bad about the disappointments or grief, say yourself often ‘ITS OK’.
16. When
you need to make a decision, listen to your heart to check what are your
desires you can cross check with your friends for their opinions.
17. You
should set clear personal boundaries. You should know when to say NO to
unreasonable demands.
18. When
someone compliments you for a job well done, accept it gracefully. Say thanks
to them. Don’t ever feel that you are undeserving of it.
19. Spend
some time for self care. Whatever may be the busy schedule, care about yourself.
20. Never
bother about the ‘LIKES or DISLIKES’ in facebook for your opinions. Once you
have shared your opinion, in facebook, your duty is over. If many people
dislike your opinion that does not mean that your opinion is wrong.
21. Never
ever change your opinions or ideas to suit somebody in order to get a good
name. You can’t dance for every body’s tunes. In the process, you will lose
your identity. Dance for your own tunes. Whoever likes your dance let them join
and dance with you.
22. Do
you know one thing? You are more powerful than you what you think about yourself.
23. Be
comfortable being on your own.
24. Last and
not the least, you believe that you are lovable and worthy of receiving love.
Believe, LIFE IS WONDERFUL. We will make it wonderful.
